Awareness drive on plastic held at Maris Stella College

Vijayawada: The Intermediate staff and students and the members of Green Audit Cell of Maris Stella College jointly organised an awareness programme on usage of plastic and problems on the college premises here on Tuesday.

Participating as chief guest, Dr B Keerthi of Vasavya Mahila Mandali explained the ill-effects of using single use plastic carry bags. The college principal Dr Sr Jasintha Quardus, Grace Eunice, senior faculty member Swapna and members of Green Audit Cell, staff and students were present.
