Central forces conduct flag march in Guntur city

Guntur : The Central Forces and Police conducted flag march in Guntur city on Sunday to create confidence among the voters and to exercise their franchise in in a free and fair way in the coming elections.

The Flag March which started from B R Stadium in Guntur city passed through Zinna Tower, GMC Guest House, Nagarampalem Muduvanthenala Centre, A L Pet flyover, Lodge Centre, Pattabhipuram Swamy Theatre and reached the DPO.

Speaking on the occasion, Guntur Urban SP Ch Vijaya Rao warned that if anti-social elements try to create law and order problem, they will take stern action against them.He said taking MLC election and coming general elections into consideration, the armed forces were sent to Guntur district. He sought the cooperation of the people to maintain law and order.
