Collector flags off Smart city Run

Kakinada: District Collector Karthikeya Mishra called upon the voters to utilize their franchise in the next month's elections without fail and prove themselves as winners. Flagging off the smart city run at Kakinada beach on Sunday evening, collator said that voters should exercise their franchise without fail to elect right personas peoples' representatives.
