East Godavari is supplying top quality rice for PDS needs : District Joint Collector

East Godavari supplying fine quality of rice for PDS needs of Srikakulm district. According to district joint collector Dr G. Lakshmisha, in total 10,000 Mt already supplied to Srikakulam civil supplies point in 5,10,15 and 20-kilo packs.

The remaining balance of rice stocks will be supplied in next two days JC revealed on Monday. According to official sources, the packed rice through PDS will be extended to all districts in the entire state in a phased manner to avert complaints of weight loss in weighing of rice in loose form.
