Eluru: Mahila Commission member Dr. S Rajyalakshmi visits hostels

Eluru: AP Mahila Commission member Dr. S Rajyalakshmi visited six girls' hostels of schools and colleges at Xavier Nagar and Ameenpet here on Sunday. She inspected the facilities and surroundings of the hostels.

Speaking on the occasion, she dwelt on various aspects of safety, education, career, employment, accommodation, responsibility relating to inmates of the hostels. She told the girls to contact her directly in case of any problem.

The meeting was attended by Bahujan Secular Groups leader D Venkateshwarlu, Lions Club Zonal Chairperson Suresh and others. Wardens Jhansi Lakshmibai, Padmaja and others were present.
