Former TDP MLA Chintamaneni Arrested in A SC & ST Atrocity case Once Again

Another case has been registered against Chintamaneni Prabhakar, a former MLA of Dendalur and TDP leader. While being remanded in connection with the attack on a Dalit man, Chintamaneni was again arrested by the police. He was produced before the court in the case of Krishna Rao; a former Sarpanch Medikonda kidnaps case. The latest court hearing on the incident in 2018 had him remanded till 9th this month.

He was arrested in all five cases in connection with the matter. Chintamani, who has already been arrested twice, got arrested for the third time. Meanwhile, TDP leader Chintamaneni has been remanded in the district jail in four cases from the 11th of last month.
