Four injured as school van hits car in Vizianagaram

Vizianagaram: Four persons were injured when a bus belonging to a corporate school hit a car.

The car, which was coming from Vizianagaram and going towards Rayagada was hit by the school bus on Wednesday at Artham village of Komarada mandal in Vizianagaram district.

The injured were identified as K Srinivasa Rao, B Apparao, Ch Ramarao, K Satyarao and they were shifted to area hospital at Parvathipuram.

The bus driver lost control over the vehicle after hitting the car and it veered into agriculture fields. The 30 students in the bus were panic-stricken. The parents and the police arrived at the sport and helped the students alight the bus.
