Guntur: Addl SP Manohar Rao receives doctorate from Governor

Guntur: Urban Additional SP (Crimes) S Manohar Rao received doctorate from Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan on the occasion of convocation of Acharya Nagarjuna University on Thursday.
He got his doctorate in 2018 March for his thesis on 'Problems of Magicians in Andhra Pradesh- a Sociological Study'.
He completed five PG courses and two diploma courses and two Law courses.
Guntur urban SP P H D Rama Krishna congratulated Manohara Rao on this occasion.
