IITTM offers UG, PG courses

Vijayawada: Tourism, travel and hospitality are vast growing fields at present and have cent per cent employability, said Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), Nellore project chairman Dr Vinodhan at a meet here on Thursday.

Addressing the media, Vinodhan said that IITTM is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and was one of the premium institutes in the country offering education, training, research and consultancy in the field of tourism, travel and allied sectors.

He said that IITTM was offering two courses, undergraduate and postgraduate full time courses, in Tourism and Travel Management.

MBA (Tourism and Travel Management) is a 2 years course and the candidates should have 50 per cent in degree with any discipline. For BBA (Tourism and Travel Management), 3 years course, they should have 50 per cent in Intermediate with 5 per cent exception to SC and ST community candidates.
