Kadapa SP Siddharth Kousal organises mass counseling

Kadapa: First of its kind, Kadapa District SP Siddharth Kousal has conducted a massive counseling to the parents of minor children for providing bikes resulting accidents.

The police have seized the bikes for under aged driving, drunk and drive, triple riding , dangerous track driving. Theh SP has personally trapped 296; bikes alone.
