One died due to electric shock in Nellore district

Anamasamudrampeta: In a tragic incident, an electrician has died due to electric shock while arranging lightings at a marriage function. This incident happened at Chouta Bheemavaram village in Anamasamudrampeta mandal of Nellore district.

According to the police, Keshavulu (26), a native of JR Peta in Aatmakur town has got love married seven years ago. The couple has a three-year-old daughter.

Keshavulu runs a fast food center in Aatmakur but closed it down last year due to losses. Later, he turned into an electrician by doing lighting works for marriage functions. On Sunday evening he went to do the lighting works for a wedding at Chouta Bheemavaram.

Early morning the next day, he went to the water drums to wash his hands, where he suffered electric shock from the wire which was near to him and fell down to the ground. The locals who noticed this immediately informed the police. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and shifted the victim to Aatmakur government hospital.

The doctors who examined Keshavulu confirmed already died. After the post-mortem, the body was handed over to the family members. On the incident, the police registered a case and investigating further.
