PhD awarded to Ashadeepika

Tirupati: Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam awarded the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Music and Fine Arts to G Ashadeepika.

She had submitted her thesis on "Contribution of Andhras to Carnatic music during 18th and 19th centuries with special emphasis on composers and musicologists," under the guidance of Prof Dwaram VJ Lakshmi.
