Problems of deceased, retired cops families resolved in Eluru

Eluru: Following instructions from Director General of Police Gautam Sawang, the West Godavari District Superintendent of Police Navdeep Singh Grewal convened a session to resolve the problems relating to families of the deceased and retired police officers at the police headquarters here on Thursday.

The benefits due to the families were addressed at the session. The SP ordered the officials to settle the issues of the families. As many as17 families of personnel who served the police department attended the session.

Speaking on the occasion, the SP assured the families that they would be always ready to serve them and resolve their problems, if any. West Godavari District Police Officers Association president R Nageswara Rao, vice-president K Venkat Rao and others were present on the occasion.
