Rajamahendravaram : (East Godavari District) District Ayush department has organised International Yoga Day celebrations in East Godavari district on Tuesday in whichDistrict collector Dr K Madhavi Latha, MP Margani Bharat Ram, RUDA chairperson M Sharmila Reddy and Municipal Commissioner K Dinesh Kumar participated.
The MP said that steps will be taken to strengthen the Ayush department in the district. He urged young people to focus on physical fitness in modern times. District Ayush department officer Dr K Vijaya Kumari, Dr Ramachandra Parij, DEO S Abraham, AP State Forest Academy Deputy Director MV Prasada Rao, Nehru Youth Centre Coordinator Amrutesh, DMHO Dr R Swarna Latha were participated in the programme.
