Rajamahendravaram: GIET conducts Covid-19 awareness rally

Rajamahendravaram: Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology (GIET) students and faculty members have conducted an awareness rally on Corona Virus here on Wednesday under the aegis of its NSS wing.

Speaking on the occasion, GIET Principal Dr PMMMS Sharma underlined the need to take up precautionary measures as instructed by doctors to combat the dreaded disease which has become pandemic. He asked the NSS volunteers to conduct an awareness programme in rural areas on the virus.

Vice-principals Dr N Leelavathi, SVSN Murthi, Dr VK Kumari and NSS programme officer YD Shiva and others were present on the occasion.
