Real beneficiaries will be helped by volunteers: Dy CM Alla Nani

Eluru: Deputy Chief Minister Alla Nani has said the state government is committed to deliver justice to eligible families by extending welfare schemes to them. He was felicitated by Toorpu Kapu Seva Samstha here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Nani said Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy introduced volunteers to deliver the government schemes at the doorstep of people. People need not approach the government but the officials would visit people under the new village/ward secretariat system.

The system was introduced as the eligible poor were being neglected for want of awareness of various government schemes intended for them. For every 50 families, a volunteer would act like a bridge between government and people and help people get benefitted by the government welfare schemes intended for them. MLC Ramu Suryarao, former minister M Rangarao and others were present.
