Rich tributes paid to Sardar Patel in Guntur

Guntur: Guntur Urban SP PHD Rama Krishna on Thursday garlanded the portrait of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and paid tributes on the occasion of latter's birth anniversary at DPO in Guntur on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was being observed as National Unity Day. He said that there is need to follow his footsteps and remembered that efforts made by the latter for the development of the country.

Later, he administered unity oath to the police personnel. Guntur Urban Additional SP in-charge B Seetharamaiah was also present.
