RVR&JC College celebrates 34th anniversary in Guntur district

Guntur: The 34th anniversary celebrations of the RVR&JC Engineering College at Chowdavaram in Guntur district began on Friday.

The anniversary will be celebrated till Saturday. Competitions were conducted in folk dance, songs, Anthyakshari, group songs, fine arts, Rangoli, face painting and Mehandi. Competitions in volleyball, chess, Kabadi, throw ball, disk throw were conducted.

The college principal Dr Kota Srinivasa Rao distributed prizes to the first, second and third year students who exhibited talent in the annual examinations.

Tobacco Board Secretary Addanki Sridhar participated as chief guest in the programme. The college chairman Dr Rayapati Srinivas was also present.
