Seven maoists killed in another encounter in Andhra Pradesh

In a series of encounters in the Maredumilli forest area of the Alluri Sitarama Raju district, six maoists, including top Maoist leader Hidma and his wife Hema, were killed on Tuesday. This operation coincided with a significant crackdown by police, which led to the arrest of numerous Maoists in various locations, including Vijayawada.

Following this, another encounter occurred today in the same forest region, resulting in the deaths of seven more Maoists. Reports indicate that prominent figures within the Maoist ranks are among those killed, including a leader known as Devi.

Andhra Pradesh's Intelligence Chief, Ladda, confirmed that the latest encounter took place and stated that further details regarding this operation will be released soon.
