SP Adanan Nayeem Asmi pays tributes to AlluriSitarama Raju

Kakinada: East Godavari SP Adanan Nayeem Asmi paid floral tributes to revolutionary and freedom-fighter Alluri Sitarama Raju on his 122nd birth anniversary on Thursday. At the programme at district police office, SP said that the Alluri fought against British imperialism from forest areas in East Godavari and from neighbouring Visakha district.

Alluri stood in the forefront of Indian freedom fight, Nayeem Asmi said. Additional SP SV Sridhar Rao, OSD Chakravarti and other police officials were present.
