Special cards for BPL families: Minister Kodali Nani

Amaravati: AP Civil Supplies Minister Kodali Nani said the present ration cards would be reviewed after the appointment of Grama volunteers in September.

He said that the ration cards are kept with the dealers and showing the accounts of the stocks. On the occasion, Minister said there are about 30,000 ration dealers across the state.

He alleged that many irregularities are happening in the distribution of ration goods. He also clarified that the government is planning to provide special cards to the BPL (Below Poverty Line) families in the state.
