Srikakulam: Deputy CM Pilli Subhash Chandrabose asks officials to prepare layouts speedily

Srikakulam: Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Revenue Pilli Subhash Chandrabose, Minister for Housing Ch Sriranganadha Raju and Minister for Roads and Buildings Dharmana Krishna Das directed the officials to prepare layouts on quick pace for distribution of house-sites for poor people.

They reviewed the preparation of layouts with the officials in Srikakulam on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, they said that house-sites distribution for poor was a major assurance given under the Navaratnalu, the party election manifesto and officials should pay attention until the exercise was completed.

They said that Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy planned to distribute over 25 lakh house-sites for poor on the eve of Ugadi festival on March 25.

On the occasion, the Speaker, Deputy Chief Minister and other ministers directed the officials to clear all land records speedily to avoid litigations and to make up revenue department as corruption-free.
