Two flats gutted as the fire broke out at an apartment in Nellore

Nellore: Fire broke out in an apartment in Ritwik Enclave in Current Office Centre in the city on Monday evening in which entire property in two houses gutted in the fire.

In the evening hours, huge flames erupted from a flat located on the third floor of Sri Sai Nivas Apartment and the neighbouring population observed the flames and informed to the fire department. Huge sounds also witnessed by local people due to the blast of two gas cylinders in the house. Luckily, no one was there in the house when the fire broke out.

Fire wing rushed to the spot and are busy with dousing the flames. Another flat close to it also gutted in the fire. Fire wing initially estimated that the fire accident was due to short circuit in the house.
