Amara Raja, Salom Electric in partnership

Hyderabad: Amara Raja Electronics Ltd (AREL), a unit of Amara Raja Group, has entered into an agreement with Salom Electric (Xiamen) Co as a manufacturing and supply partner.

As part of the agreement, AREL will make comprehensive range of products its state-of-the-art electronics factory at Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh. The products will be shipped to Salom's global clientele in India and abroad. Further, Amara Raja Electronics will provide a wide range of power products including external power supplies, battery chargers, wall plug-in power supplies, car chargers, vehicle power adaptors, power banks, wireless chargers, and associated products.

Vikramadithya Gourineni, MD, AREL, Kiff Wang, COO, Salom Group, and Leo Yaus, President, Salom Americas & India, signed the deal in the presence of Chanaka Tillakaratna, business development manager, Salom Europe & Asia, Rajkumar, director, Salom India, and Sajan David, business head, AREL.
