VFS Global offers doorstep visa services

Hyderabad: VFS Global, which provides outsourcing and technological services to diplomatic missions worldwide, offers visa services at doorstep.

"Doorstep visa is a landmark service in the visa industry.

This technology-enabled service brings the visa application process to the remote locations and hinterlands of India, giving them the luxury of an easy application process," Pranav Sinha, India Regional Head (West), VSF Global, told the media here.

A trained team visits the individual or group at their preferred location to enroll their biometric data and collect their visa application documents, he added.

This service is available for people travelling to many European countries including Austria, Belgium, France, and UK.

In addition, it also offers premium lounge and prime time services for making the process of applying for visas a hassle-free exercise.

In India, it has presence in 17 cities including Hyderabad. Through these offices, it handles visa applications for 50 governments around the world.

"We are planning to open our centres in Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh and Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu," he said.
