Andhra Pradesh News: The High power committee probing into Polymer gas leak in Visakhapatnam on May 7 submitted their report to Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The committee found fault with the company for not following safety measures and total fIlure of emergency management. Even lockdown procedures were not followed, the committee said.
