Aamir Khan Starrer Laal Singh Chaddha Gets A Release Date

After "Thugs Of Hindostan" Actor Aamir Khan recently confirmed his next outing, titled Laal Singh Chaddha, which is an official remake of Hollywood drama Forrest Gump, and now the makers are out with release date of the film.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the deeds about the film on his Twitter profile. He wrote, "Mark the date... Aamir Khan's new film #LaalSinghChaddha to release on #Christmas 2020... Stars Aamir in title role... Directed by Advait Chandan... Written by Atul Kulkarni... #Viacom18Movies"

The film will be helmed by Advait Chandan and written by Atul Kulkarni, with Aamir Khan in the lead role. The film will be bankrolled by giant Viacom 18 Movies.

Aamir Khan, on his 54th birthday - 14 March 2019, confirmed rumours of a Forrest Gump remake.

The Hindi remake of Robert Zemeckis's 1994 Hollywood hit is titled Laal Singh Chadha and will feature Aamir Khan in the lead.

The actor will be going through physical transformation for the role, he will losing close to 20 kilos for his part. The actor has already begun with the scouting of shoot locations before the film goes on floors.

The film releases on Christmas 2020.
