Balki to pair with P C Sreeram for his next?

Ad-guru turned cine director, the 56-year-old R Balakrishnan known more as Balki is getting active once again. In a Facetime chat which has been revealed to the media, the director is keen on finalizing veteran cinematographer P C Sreeram for his sixth production.

Notably, all the first five too have been shot by the legend himself till the last release ' Padman' in 2018. His approach which is different from the current crop of directors has been noted by cine pundits.

A fan of Ilaiyarajaa who he says 'is his biggest inspiration', Balki has made a clear impression on the minds of the Hindi film viewers with a variety of films from the first one ' Cheeni Kum' in 2007.

His wife, Gauri Shinde too struck gold with her ' English Vinglish' released in 2012, which saw Sridevi come up with an astounding performance after a long absence from the arc lights. With this announcement, his fans are bound to get excited with what is on store.
