Big Boss show earns top ratings

Hyderabad: Reality shows often contribute a lot to ratings to the television channels. The recent reality show 'Big Boss' season 3 in Telugu did the same to the TV channel, Star Maa, in which it is being telecast.

Bigg Boss Season 3 has opened with sensational ratings of 17.9 TVR making it bigger than all previous seasons of the show. Star Maa clocked 1108 GRPs, making it even stronger than before with a whopping 75% lead over the next player in the market.

On the show launch ratings, host Actor Nagarjuna Said "Thank you all for the love shown to me and the show. The housemates undergo some life-altering experiences and I am excited to be part of it. I have always tried new things and am enjoying this experience too."

The channel heads thanked Nagarjuna and the partners who worked over the last 6 months to make "this mammoth project such a whopping success."
