Plus size women the new inspiration

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: Women power and their aura was evident in its entirety at the Regal Park Hotel, Kuala Lumpur at the Miss & Mrs Curvy Malaysia competition to select the finalists and crown the winner.

The event organised by the Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce in association with No.5 Asia Production House Sdn Bhd was a huge success to say the least as participants from the length and breadth of Malaysia participated with zest and zeal.

Announcing the finalists Muralie Kannan of No.5 Asia Production House was all praise for the due of Dr Jayanti Raj and Datin Malliga for having been organising such events to promote women empowerment at every walk of life.

The event is a precursor to a whole range of activities being organised by Malaysia World Chamber of Commerce (MWCC) and ASEAN Chamber of Commerce (ACC) to promote business development and entertain entrepreneurship by women of all social strata and help forge a dynamic business environment encouraging women to succeed at the highest level.

ASEAN Chamber of Commerce has 30 thousand life members in Malaysia and has 14 branches in all over the ASEAN countries. This Plus size beauty pageant is organised to create a platform for plus size women to put themselves out there and realise their true potential! The pageant pushes them to be the best version of themselves whilst being comfortable of whom they are!

All the finalists will be provided with various opportunities to grow working with mentors, grooming and image consultants to prepare themselves.

Eventually, these finalists will be the role models for many plus size women in our society to inspire and encourage more women to take charge of their life. To achieve dreams in life it requires determination, confidence and commitment and not how you look or feel!

Mrs Curvy Malaysia 2018 title winner Mrs. Sheena Theodrah Dominic been appointed as Ambassador to mentor and prepare this team for the Final which will be held in November 2019.
