Hindi Diwas celebrated at Sister Nivedita school, Hyderabad

Hyderabad: National Hindi Day was celebrated with fervour and glory at Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet. It all began with a soulful speech rendered by respected Principal Jayanthi Venkataraman.

Nadeem (former hockey player) who was the chief guest graced the occasion with his presence and addressed the gathering on the importance and need to celebrate national Hindi Diwas. A colourful programme was held along with school assembly with a tribute to Sushma Swaraj and speeches by her held at Lok Sabha and UNO was reproduced.

A scintillating song and dance event on Narisakshi was performed by students of IX class which enthralled all the audience. The winners of various competitions with respect to Hindi Day were given prizes. The entire event was well received by all students and staff.
