Our children at VRS & VJR School learn Yoga as a discipline, and demonstrate it with ease, and understand the manifold benefits of the various asanas, be it Vrikshasana, Svastikasana, Sarvangasana, Shirshasana, Karnapindasana, or Viparita dandasana, just to name a few. Yoga is part of their daily routine and children enjoy their yoga sessions and participate actively and accurately thus gaining the total benefit of the asanas.
