• Oats – 1 cup

• Hot water – 2cups

Process

• The process is very simple… Just take a blender and add both oats and hot water. Then turn them into a smooth and creamy paste.

• Thereafter you need to strain the milk from this concoction using a cloth or a glove.

• This way you can extract the pure oat milk and will witness a creamy texture too. Pour into a jar and set it aside.

• First, you need to go with your hair wash. Shampoo your hair and then apply this oat milk on to your tresses. Offer a gentle massage and then wash off with water by killing the snow whites present in your mane.
