Coronavirus in Telangana: Telangana on Tuesday registered 921 coronavirus positive cases and 1097 recoveries in the last 24 hours. While the total confirmed cases in the state went up to 2,65,049, the recoveries touched 2,52,565. Andhra Pradesh Live News: YS Jagan welcomes President of India Ram Nath Kovind at Renigunta Airport
President of India Ram Nath Kovind arrived in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday morning for a visit to Tirumala. He was given a hearty welcome by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan at Renigunta Airport. The President and his wife will reach Thiruchanur by road from the airport and visit Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple. Later, he will reach Tirumala at 12.15 pm. After seeing Srivari, we will reach Renigunta at 4.50 pm and from there proceed to Ahmedabad.
Hyderabad News: Police searched the vehicle of TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh while he was on the way to Vijayawada.
Nara Lokesh was heading to Vijayawada from his house at Jubilee Hills. Police said that the searches were as part of the election code.
