14 sent to jail for drunken driving

Patancheru: Fourteen persons were caught during a drive by the Traffic police against drunken driving on Friday.
They were sentenced to imprisonment for periods ranging from seven to 15 days by the Second District Magistrate Prabhakar. Each offender was also fined Rs 2,000, according to Patancheru Traffic Circle Inspector of Police Venu Kumar.
