29 motorists fined for flouting traffic rules

Abids: The Traffic police registered cases against 29 vehicle owners for not following the rules and issued challans to persons violating regulations near the Collectorate here during a special drive.

Traffic SI B Satyanarayana said that while seven vehicles were caught without number plates, 16 were found without the right number plates. Six cars were found with black films, which were removed by the police.
