ABVP claims school bandh successful

LB Nagar: ABVP Secunderabad convener Jeevan said educational institutions bandh was successful in LB Nagar, Secunderabad, Ameerpet and Mehadipatnam on Friday.

He said both private and government institutions supported the bandh. Students will have bright future if ABVP demands for academic year 2019-20 are met. He demanded the state government to implement fee regulation act.

"Sale of books, uniforms in private schools should be banned. Corporate institutions should have 25 per cent seats reserved for students belonging to weaker sections. There should be full stop for donations in private schools. Vacant posts of HM, principal, MEO and DEO posts should be immediately filled," he added.
