They also demanded to provide reservation-wise and category-wise lists of selected candidates. BC leaders told the minister that while the notification was issued for 16,925 posts, the selected list had names of some 16,025 candidates.

They wondered why the details of remaining 900 posts were kept secret. Responding to their apprehensions, the home minister said that he would investigate into the matter and would give posting to those who were denied opportunity.

The minister asked them to provide the list of candidates who scored more than cut-off marks, but were not selected. The minister said that he would take necessary measures after consulting the officials concerned. Among those who met the minister include BC Welfare Association vice president Gujja Krishna, Neela Venkatesh, Nanda Gopal, Bhoopesh, Sagar and others.
