Awareness programme on cleanliness held

BN Reddy: Division Corporator Muddugowni Lakshmi Prasanna Ram Mohan Goud participated in the 'Saaf Hyderabad-Shaandar Hyderabad' programme here on Wednesday with Sahebnagar High School students, teachers and Sanitation staff. They cleaned up Sahebnagar surroundings and created awareness among the locals about keeping the area tidy.

Speaking to the media, Muddugowni said, "It is very important to keep the wastes in dustbin maintaining our health. We can be healthy only when our surroundings are clean and tidy." She further added, "Separate the dry wastes and wet wastes before throwing it in the dustbin."

Former Councilor Uma Srinivas, colony representatives and activists from different associations were present on the occasion.
