Bakelite Hylam Employees Union relay hunger strike reaches 17th day

Nacharam: Bakelite Hylam Employees Union's (BHEU) relay hunger strike reached 17th day on Tuesday. They expressed worry over the adamant attitude of the management stating the number of workers has come down from 160 to 27.

They said there's no hike in their salaries for several years now, but the work pressure has been mounting day by day. The management has been executing work with daily wage workers. They said they would intensify protest if their demands weren't met. Workers Narasimha Reddy, Satyanarayana, Prasad and others were present.
