Basheerbagh: Environment Excellency award presented

Basheerbagh: Managing director of Nature Care Services Vijay Kumar Reddy was presented with Environment Excellency Award. MPs Vanga Geeta, Gundeti Madhavi, Gorantla Madhav, founder of Way Foundation Ganta Swamy presented the award to Vijay Kumar Reddy at a ceremony held recently at AP Bhavan, New Delhi.

MP Vanga Geeta urged people to take protection of environment as personal responsibility. She exhorted public to plant more trees and avoid using plastic covers. She congratulated Vijay Kumar for his efforts to protect environment and hoped that he would continue to work for protecting earth.

She called upon public to work in a coordinated manner for pollution-free society. MPs later released non-polythene and green covers manufactured by Nature Care Services. Union minister of state for home affairs Kishan Reddy also congratulated Vijay Kumar on receiving the award.
