Hyderabad: The BRS leaders on Sunday charged that that the BJP was trying to scuttle the voice of the Opposition in the name of ED cases as they were afraid that they will lose in the Lok Sabha elections because of KCR and Kejriwal.

Addressing a press conference here along with party leaders K Mallesh, K Krishna Reddy, MLA G Jagadish Reddy said both the Congress and the BJP were targeting the BRS in a similar manner. He lashed out at Union Minister G Kishan Reddy stating that there were proof in the liquor case. “Kishan Reddy has been saying that he has all the proof of liquor case for the last two years. Why is he not giving that to the ED? We are unable to understand whether the Congress is the B team of the BJP or the BJP is the Congress party’s B team. Both are acting with understanding,” asserted Reddy.

Loans; now they were getting notices. ‘The BRS demands immediate implementation of Rs 2 lakh loan waiver to farmers’, said Reddy. Stating that lakhs of acres of crop was drying up, he demanded the government to provide compensation to farmers.

Reddy said both ministers from Nalgonda N Uttam Kumar Reddy and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy were not keen to address issues of farmers. He demanded the government to take up a review meeting on crops and provide water.

The BRS government and CM KCR used to take up a review twice in a year; the government should take up a review. It can take water from the Kaleshwaram project; but it is not doing it, he said.
