Burglar nabbed, gold ornaments seized

Nacharam: On credible information, Nacharam police on Thursday arrested one house burglar offender named Shaik Abdul Jaffar (53) and recovered stolen 5.9 tolas of gold ornaments worth of Rs 1.8 lakh.

According to police, on July 23, the accused committed a theft of gold ornaments weighing about 5.9 tolas at Mallapur. A case was registered under Section 454 and 380 of IPC.

On Thursday, police nabbed the accused from his residence at Tolichowki and recovered stolen old ornaments. Police said Jaffar was involved in as many as 26 property offences in the Rachakonda, Cyberabad and Hyderabad Commissionerate limits.
