Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology celebrates Gandhi Jayanthi

Cherlapally: Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET) celebrated 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on a grand note here on Wednesday. E-Waste awareness and good recycling practices were explained and experiments were demonstrated.

An interaction programme was organised between students and scientists. Students showed a lot of interest in understanding research and development activities being pursued at C-MET.

General public appreciated the efforts made by C-MET for establishing environmental friendly E-Waste plant. The staff of the organization cleaned the premises and planted saplings.
