Charminar parking lot cleared of garbage

Charminar: Following publication of a picture in The Hans India on April 9 with the title 'Shrinking Charminar Parking lot,' the GHMC officials swung into action. It was captioned as, "Charminar parking lot which housed Charminar bus station earlier turns into waste dumping yard causing not only health hazard but also shrinking the space for parking." On the same day, the pictures of workers cleaning the garbage were forwarded to The Hans India by GHMC officials, as proof of cleaning up the area.
