Cyberabad police sets up Family Counselling Centre

Alwal: The Family Counseling Centre has been set up to provide full security to women, solve the rifts between the couple and prevent domestic violence, said V C Sajjanar, Police Commissioner, Cyberabad. On Wednesday the Commissioner inaugurated the centre on the Alwal police station premises.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that the centre has been set up to help women who were being harassed. Family counseling centres have already been set up in remote areas like Chevella and Shadnagar. Also, in Jeedimetla area, another centre will soon be set up, he added.
