Dodla justifies fines on use of banned plastic

Allwyn Colony: Local Corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud stated that there is a need for imposing fines on those using plastic covers with thickness of less than 51 microns. Goud was speaking while going around mutton and chicken shops in Yellammabanda area in the division. He advised the shop keepers to use only those covers which have above 51 microns.

Among those who accompanied him during the visit were Ward Member Chinnolla Srinivas, Area Committee Member Venkatesh Goud, TRS leaders Shivraj Goud, Katke Ravi, A Ravi, Khaja, Ramesh Sagar, Ramchandar and S R P Satyanarayana.
