Drainage repairs carried out

Tarnaka: People in Manikyeshwar Nagar have lodged a complaint with local corporator Saraswathi regarding the overflow of the drainage system in the division. Responding to the compliant, Saraswathi sent the staff of HMWSSB and saw to it that the work was completed. She requested the GHMC workers and HMWSSB to respond to the problems immediately in future.

"We had been facing a lot of problems because of this drainage system. We are happy that corporator and HMWSSB department responded immediately regarding the issue and got it repaired," said Naveen, a resident in Manikeshwar Nagar.
