GHMC responds to pleas, lays new road

Malkajgiri: Responding to the article published in The Hans India 'Businesses hit hard as road works drag on' on May 14 on how the business were hit because of delay in laying road from Raghavendra Theater in Malkajgiri to Vani Nagar crossroads.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) initiated laying of the new BT road on the route on Wednesday night. Locals have expressed their happiness over it.

Locals thanked THI for bringing the issue to the notice of higher officials and appealed to lay new roads in the neighbouring street as well.
