Inundation of roads affects traffic badly

Srinagar Colony: Water logging was seen on interior roads of Nagarjuna Colony road, which is located in between Ameerpet and Srinagar Colony main road on Thursday afternoon. A few minutes of downpour was enough to cause water logging.

Motorists coming from Ameerpet to Nagarjuna Colony struggled to cross the road due to inundation of the roads. "The absence of a system to flush out water is felt," said a shop keeper.

For a month, motorists have been facing trouble to cross the road due to frequent water logging on these roads. Several motorists use these internal roads to avoid heavy traffic on the main road and, as a result, the lanes get jammed.
